Al Blackstone is an Emmy Award–winning director, choreographer and teacher, celebrated for his ability to tell stories and craft experiences that deeply connect people. Born in New Jersey and based in New York for over a decade, he has developed an emotional choreographic universe filled with humor, theatricality and precise technique—qualities highlighted by the New York Times as part of his distinctive signature.
His work ranges from theater and television pieces to community projects and benefit events, always centered around one core idea: celebrating dance as a space for connection. His classes, known worldwide for their positive energy and inclusive structure, have influenced a new generation of teachers and choreographers.
Co-founder of MOMEN NYC, a project dedicated to creating memorable experiences for adult dancers, Al continues to expand his vision of dance as something more human, accessible and unifying. His accolades include the Capezio ACE Award, the Carbonell Award for Best Choreography, and an Emmy for his television work.
Iker Karrera is a choreographer and dancer from Hondarribia who began his training in jazz and hip hop at a very young age. In 2016 he founded his own company, creating award-winning works such as #7fm and The Room Where It Happens, presented in major European capitals and festivals including the Battery Dance Festival in New York.
He has choreographed musicals such as Mamma Mia!, The Book of Mormon and Wicked, as well as the films Voy a pasármelo bien and Voy a pasármelo mejor. His dance film heartache has received several international awards. He also took part in the TV program Fama ¡a Bailar!, where he was both teacher and director.
As a teacher, he has taught in cities such as Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris and Mexico City. In 2021 he received the Gipuzkoa Dance Award, and he is currently the director of 180, his school and artistic project.
Lori Ann Ferreri is a multidisciplinary artist, performer and mindfulness guide born in New York and currently based in Paris. For her, movement is a second language that weaves through her work as a performer, teacher and entrepreneur.
She has performed in Broadway productions and touring shows such as Footloose, Aida, Wicked, West Side Story, On The Town and Sweet Charity. In 2016 she was selected by Donna McKechnie to reinterpret the iconic solo from A Chorus Line at the Joyce Theater, a performance highlighted by the New York Times.
With over 1,000 hours of training in yoga and meditation, Lori Ann has been teaching internationally for a decade. In 2020 she founded ON OFF, a global platform where mindfulness, movement and culture meet. Her approach blends art and wellness to guide each person toward greater presence and connection.
Dylan Pearce is a choreographer, director and teacher with a 24-year career in New York. As Associate Choreographer of the Radio City Rockettes, he has contributed to iconic theatrical, television and digital productions such as the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and Christmas in Rockefeller Center.
Throughout his career he has collaborated with artists such as Dua Lipa, ABBA and Pitbull, and has created work for MSC Cruises, Kate Spade, Samsung and Broadway Bares. His experience as a performer includes international tours and performances alongside artists like Brenda K. Starr and Camila Cabello.
Known for his energy and human-centered approach, Dylan teaches classes that combine technique, musicality and storytelling in a motivating, judgment-free environment. His aim is for every dancer to explore their versatility and leave class feeling stronger, more expressive and empowered.
A choreographer, director and teacher trained in Barcelona, New York and London, with an extensive background in musical theater, dance and movement direction. She has worked on major productions such as La Jaula de las Locas, Follies at Teatro Español, For Evita at the Festival Grec, Sondheim x Sondheim at Temporada Alta and Barcelona, Much Ado About Nothing and Lulu at the TNC, among many others.
As a performer, she has taken part in productions such as West Side Story, Guys & Dolls, Cabaret, Nunsense and Tres sombreros de copa, and has collaborated with creators such as Mario Gas, Nigel Charnock (DV8), Ricard Reguant and Carol Dilley.
With extensive international teaching experience, she has trained dancers, singers and actors at institutions such as Varium, Institut del Teatre, Escola Eòlia, Tanz S.A.L. (Germany), James Carlès (France), the school of Germaine Acogny (Senegal), and in the first edition of Operación Triunfo.
Her work is characterized by a human-centered perspective, a deep understanding of movement, and a blend of technique, musicality and expressive intention in service of stage storytelling.
