Mindy Moeller
Mindy Moeller, a native of Overland Park, Kansas, began her love for dance at Miller Marley School of Dance and Voice, under the direction of Shirley Marley. A graduate of the University of Arizona (BFA), she supplemented her training at Kansas City Ballet, Springboard Danse Montreal, and River North Dance Chicago.
Mindy just completed a 14-year career with the Radio City Rockettes (2012-2026), taking on roles such as Swing and Assistant Dance Captain. Under the Radio City umbrella, Mindy had the privilege of performing in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, the Today Show, the Rockefeller Tree Lighting Ceremony, the Tony Awards, VMAs, and America's Got Talent. Additionally, she performed in special appearances with Mariah Carey, Christina Aguilera, Kasey Musgraves, Katy Perry, and Pitbull.
Recently, she workshopped for the Verdon Fosse Legacy, under the direction of Linda Haberman, as a skeleton crew member for a new full-length piece to premiere on Hubbard Street this fall.
As an educator and choreographer, Mindy teaches at Steps on Broadway in New York City and has led guest masterclasses for all ages both nationally and internationally.
Adrian Lee
Adrian Lee grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and danced competitively throughout his training. Adrian is now based in New York City and currently on faculty at Steps on Broadway.
His performance career has spanned Los Angeles, Las Vegas and now New York City. While in LA he performed in Cirque du Soleil's IRIS at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. Adrian danced in Shania Twain's original residency in Las Vegas at the Colosseum in Caesars Palace, choreographed by Mandy Moore.
Since living in New York City he has performed in the Broadway company of Wicked, the National Tour of An American in Paris, the Off-Broadway run of Ain't Done Bad, the Metropolitan Opera, and most recently the world premiere of Black Swan in Boston, directed and choreographed by Sonya Tayeh.
Ariadna Peya
Ariadna Peya is a dancer, choreographer and stage director. Trained in different dance languages in Barcelona and around the world, she has developed her own strong, poetic language, deeply connected to music and the fusion of performing arts.
She is co-founder of Les Impuxibles, a dance, theatre and live music company created with her sister Clara Peya. With the company, she has created productions such as Suite TOC nº 6, FAM, HARAKIRI and CARAMEL, the latter with text by Pablo Messiez, premiered at Teatre Lliure.
In audiovisual work, she has directed music videos including Veo Incendios, Nana para mí, Cerebralmente, Mujer Frontera and Niña by Clara Peya. She has also choreographed the La Marató de TV3 per a la Salut Sexual 2023 campaign, the video Qualsevol nit pot sortir el sol by som3.cat, the La Mercè 2025 campaign, and the La Pedrera documentary Història d'una Casa, the latter two directed by Lluís Danès.
In musical theatre, she has been choreographic director of El despertar de la primavera, La Torre dels somnis at the Gran Teatre del Liceu, and Germans de Sang at Teatre Condal. She has collaborated with Dagoll Dagom on Maremar, L'Alegria que passa and La Gran Nit de Dagoll Dagom at Teatre Grec, and was Artistic Director of Clara Peya's concert Corsé, also at Teatre Grec. She recently received the Continuarà Prize for her contribution to culture.
Luca Dinardo
Carlos Rodríguez is a dancer, choreographer and educator based in Barcelona.
His approach to dance is rooted in versatility and a curiosity for different art forms. His versatility and transversal knowledge are at the core of his approach to dance and to any other art form. Learning from different perspectives has helped him develop his individuality as an artist. Dance is the way he best develops his creativity and communicates himself as a human being.
Carlos has performed with companies including Rookies Dance Company, José Tirado Dance Company, State Ballet and Opera Stara Zagora, The Hatman Company and Ballet Contemporary de Catalunya. As a choreographer, his work moves across stage and screen. His credits include works for State Ballet and Opera Stara Zagora Simplicity, The Lion’s Face; The Hatman Company: The Queen of Comedy, A Moment in Time, LIGHT, The Piano Man, A West Side Story. He has also choreographed Sweet Charity and Oklahoma! at the Institute of Arts Barcelona.
Alongside his creative work, Carlos has taught nationally and internationally, sharing his passion and love for dance.
As a co-founder of On&On, he wants to create a space for connection, exchange and growth — where dancers can explore, connect and nurture their curiosity. He believes in the power of dance to connect deeply with oneself.

Luca Dinardo
Luca Dinardo is a performer, choreographer and creator, with a career spanning musical theatre, dance and choreographic direction in productions across the UK and Australia.
As a performer, she has been part of HAMILTON in the West End (Cameron Mackintosh) and HAMILTON Australia (Michael Cassel Group) as a swing, as well as the world premiere of Elvis The Musical Revolution (David Venn Enterprises), also as a swing. She has played Anybodys and served as dance captain in West Side Story for Handa Opera on Sydney Harbour (Opera Australia), and was dance captain, ensemble and understudy for Nautica in Bring It On (David Venn Enterprises). Her performing credits also include the ensemble of Billy Elliot (Louise Withers and Associates) and her appearance in Rebel Wilson's film The Deb (Dunburn Debutants Pty Ltd.).
In the creative field, she is creator and director of METAMUSE (Vass Productions) and has choreographed RENT both on its Australian tour (LP Productions) and during its season at the Sydney Opera House (Opera Australia), as well as choreographing Kinky Boots (James Terry Collective). She has been associate director and choreographer of Little Shop of Horrors at The Hope Mill Theatre in Manchester (Thomas Hopkins Productions), and associate choreographer of Muriel's Wedding at The Curve, UK (Global Creatures). She has also worked as choreography assistant on West Side Story for Handa Opera on Sydney Harbour (Opera Australia) and as assistant director and choreographer on Kiss of the Spider Woman (MTC), also training alongside Travis Wall, Al Blackstone, Stacey Tookey y Karla Puno Garcia.
